4. Shipping and Delivery

a. Shipping Policy

  • We offer free UPS Ground shipping to the continental United States for all orders of $100 or more.

  • Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.

  • UPS Ground shipping typically takes 1-5 business days after the processing period.

b. Expedited Shipping

  • For customers who require expedited delivery, we offer Expedited shipping options for an additional fee. Orders using Expedited shipping will be dispatched on the same day of purchase or the next business day, and delivery usually takes 2-3 business days.

c. Holiday Shipping

  • Please be aware that during holiday seasons, shipping times may be longer than normal. We recommend that you place your order well in advance to ensure timely delivery.

d. Order Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

e. Shipping Address

  • It is crucial to ensure the accuracy of your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable or delayed due to incorrectly entered shipping information.

 

5. Payment Methods

a. Accepted Payment Methods

  • LoBelle Boutique accepts all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and AMEX. We also accept payments through PayPal.

b. Billing Statement Information

  • When you use your debit/credit card for a purchase at LoBelle Boutique, the charges on your card statement will appear as "LoBelle Boutique."

 

6. Returns and Refunds

a. Return Policy

  • We hope you are delighted with every purchase from LoBelle Boutique. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where returns are necessary. Online purchases are eligible for store credit only if returned within 14 days from the date you received the purchase. Items returned after this timeframe will not be accepted for return.

b. Shipping Responsibility

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. You may choose from available shipping services such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

c. Return Shipping Address

  • All returns should be shipped to the following address:

  • Please include the packing slip from your original purchase inside the return package. The packing slip, found in the bag with your purchase, contains essential information to process your return.

d. Return Timeframe

  • Returns that fall outside of the 14-day timeframe stated in the policy will not be accepted, and no store credit will be issued. Please ensure that you are within the specified timeframe before sending your items for return, as we are not responsible for shipping items back to you.

e. Return Processing

  • After we receive your return, please allow 5-10 days for processing. You will receive an email with your store credit information once the return is processed. Store credit will be valid for a period of 6 months.

f. Final Sale Items

  • The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit:

    • Items purchased with store credit

    • Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code (except for blogger codes and welcome codes)

    • All accessories

    • Leggings

    • Bras

    • Bodysuits

    • Swimwear

    • Athletic Wear

g. Shoe Return Requirements

  • Shoe returns must include the original shoe stuffing.

  • Shoe boxes must be placed inside another box for shipping to protect the items. Returns with stickers or return labels directly on the shoebox, or damaged shoeboxes, will not be accepted.

h. Item Condition

  • Returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Items must be free of makeup/deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair, cigarette smell, or any other type of stains.

  • Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order. Please email us at lobelleboutique@yahoo.com with photos showing the damage of the products.

i. Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges for any items. We recommend purchasing the correct size of the desired item and then returning the unfit product to ensure you obtain the desired item without delay.
